    Initially they sent a whole chicken without cut which does not follow my request that it need to be cut to 12 pieces. However, after make a complaint, they sent me whole chicken that cut into 12 pieces. Great effort from customer service team.

    the thigh and leg pieces meat was a bit black in colour. After slaughtering, the birds should be left 4-5 mins for the blood to drain to avoid this. Otherwise the chicken was neat and cut properly
